A female reporter investigates the death of a woman who, on fire, leapt off a building to her death. Her investigation leads her to discover the existence of a strange cult dedicated Egyptian god Isis--and the cult wants her as it's new queen.
For those of you who've been following me you've seen how aggravated I am with how bad these sequels are. Part 2 and 3 were horrible, films I'd never watch again. And they've got worse as each movie passes. This is the same. This film is terrible. God only knows why I keep torturing myself by making myself watch them.
The acting in this movie was bad. Nothing good at all. Very generic and unconvincing. I'm not surprised, seems like they barely tried to do anything right with this one. At this point I don't think anyone cared whether this was good or not. It was all about making a buck at this point.
However, there I was glad to see some cult favorites in this movie like Clint Howard and Reggie Bannister.
This film just wasn't enjoyable to me and was quite laughable. I wasn't entertained but my OCD made me finish the movie so I can give my whole opinion on that. One of the many reason OCD sucks.
The gore wasn't anything, and their wasn't much of it anyway. It was cheap kills and cheap thrills. Easily forgettable.
There were some horrendous scenes and specific acting in this movie, I was shocked at how bad this series has gotten. They have strayed so very far from where they should have gone and from the original. They continued to ruin this series and bury it deeper and deeper.
Now I apologize for this review. It's a rant, not a proper review. But I just don't see the point in going into an elaborate detailed review for this movie. For those of you who've seen it, you know why I'm saying this and you know my pain.
I'll be reviewing the 5TH and final Silent Night, Deadly Night movie soon. And I'm glad to say that it was better than this one and the others except the original.
